Website Service Terms

1. Parties & Acceptance

These Website Service Terms ("Terms") form an agreement between you (the "Customer") and SEO Agency LLC, the parent company of Love.Marketing, located in San Antonio, Texas ("we," "us," or "our"). You accept these Terms by checking the agreement box at checkout. No signature is required, checking that box has the same legal effect as signing.

This agreement replaces any separate proposal, quote, or contract you may have received from us for this website service. Payments are processed by SEO Agency LLC, which is the name that appears on your card statement.

2. The Service

You pay a one-time website design fee of $299 (a promotional rate; our regular price is $1,000). That fee covers a complete website of up to 10 pages, plus your first month of hosting. After the first month, Hosting & Care is $50 per month.

Additional pages beyond the first 10 are $29 each. We always quote extra pages and get your written approval before we build them. You will never receive a surprise bill.

You email us your content, logo, photos, and text. We design, write, build, and launch the site. We publish only after you approve the design.

3. Hosting & Care ($50/month)

Hosting & Care includes hosting, SSL, security, and basic content updates on request. Your rate is locked at $50 per month for as long as you remain a client under this promotion. Billing for Hosting & Care begins 30 days after your purchase and recurs monthly thereafter.

4. Platform Lease

Your website is designed, built, and hosted on the Love.Marketing platform. While your subscription is active, you have full use of the site, it is live, it is yours to use, and we maintain it for you.

The site's design, code, and build remain the property of SEO Agency LLC. Your subscription is a lease of the platform, not a transfer of the site files. If you want to own the build outright, see the Site Buyout section below.

5. What You Always Own

You always own, without qualification:

• Your domain name, registered in your name, 100% yours.
• All content and materials you provide to us.
• The written copy we create for your business.

If you cancel, we will return your content (text and images) on request, at no charge.

6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you don't love your new site, we refund your $299. Request your refund by email within 30 days of purchase. The guarantee covers the $299 design fee. Sites belonging to refunded customers are taken offline.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel Hosting & Care at any time by email with 30 days' notice. At the end of your final billing period, the website is taken offline. Your domain and your content are unaffected, you keep both.

8. Site Buyout

At any time, you may purchase full ownership of your website build for a one-time payment of $701, the difference between the $299 promotional rate and our $1,000 regular price. The buyout includes a complete static export of your site suitable for hosting anywhere, and it ends the platform lease. Continuing a hosting subscription with us after a buyout is optional.

9. Your Content Responsibility

You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to all materials you provide to us, including logos, photos, text, and trademarks, and that our use of those materials on your site will not infringe anyone's rights.

10. Timeline

Most sites are live within days of our receiving your content. Timelines are good faith estimates, not guarantees, and depend on how quickly you send content and approve the design.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the amount of fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

12. No Other Warranty

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the service is provided "as is." We make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in Bexar County, Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Updates are posted on this page with a new version number and effective date. Continuing your subscription after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
